nada. started a new job. back to the office. killing time before a meeting.

no more bar? congrats on being back in the office. that's only of course if that's a good thing for you.

much better. i'm not attacking people anymore.

its a long story. too much drinking, slave to the job, blah blah...

the only downside at this point is that i'm gonna be fat again. my hair looks awesome though.

pick up running. that will keep you slimmed down.

shin splints are a bitch. i'm just gonna knock down a wall in my house to use the bathroom.

I have a nasty case of shin splints myself. I cried through the last two miles of my half marathon.

Ride a bike instead of running.

Also, if you are drinking less, you are less likely to get fat.

yeah, got enveloped in a bar. they kinda do that sometimes. new job is pretty rad. kinda back in an office, i make more money, and i get to see interesting places. like today i was in a place that processes lunchmeat. yesterday i was in a place that has thousands of office chairs.
